• Brand strategy & consulting

Specific services, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals.

2. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or hack the website
• Copy, distribute, or misuse website content without permission

3. Payments & Fees

• Fees are agreed upon before work begins
• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule
• Late payments may result in service suspension

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information
• Approve content or campaigns within reasonable timeframes
• Comply with applicable laws and platform policies

LuXem Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client input.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and content created by LuXem Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

LuXem Marketing shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits
• Platform policy changes (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Indirect or consequential damages

Marketing results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the agreed contract. Outstanding balances must be settled upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
